You can change it at any time, as often as you like, to maintain maximum security.
The device automatically detects if your car has start/stop technology. You simply enter the code when you first start the car, and that's it — no further action is needed. If the car stops at traffic lights, it will restart automatically, just as it did before the Ghost was installed.
When the car is being driven by others, you can activate Service Mode to prevent your code from being compromised. The car will remain in Service Mode until it is either driven over 30 mph or manually deactivated. (Please ask on the day of installation for a demonstration.)
The product is guaranteed for two years.
